Each lesson I will take you through the mechanics of kicking, from the floor upwards, taking you through footwork, distance, directions, angles of attack, blending, priorities of movement and strategy.
I’ll give you simple drills to practice and repeat to educate, re-educate and work around so that you re-build your kicking skill to the level of mastery. I will be your coach and mentor guiding you through every step.
Plus, I’m adding and updating the content weekly to improve the explanations, drills, and tactics too so that you can learn even faster.
I’m passionate about the content I provide, and I work constantly to improve my own understanding of the concepts as well as how to teach them better to my students.
